Return the ordered product

We obviously want you to be happy with your purchase, but this may not be the case.

Do you want to return a product? That is possible within 14 days.  

*this does not apply to the orgonite magic/mix boxen or special offers**

If possible, use the original packaging. In any case, put the product in a sturdy box with good packaging material. Download the withdrawal form and send it along. The shipping costs for the return are for you, we will refund the original shipping costs and purchase amount. The return shipment is at your own risk. For that reason, we also recommend that you return it as a package. In that way you also have a shipping receipt.

✔ Good packaging materials (reuse the original packaging materials for this).

✔ Completed withdrawal form.
